Matt is an international development expert focused on unlocking the potential of the private sector to accelerate sustainable economic growth. He helps clients design and implement programs at the nexus of decarbonization planning, climate resilience planning, and social impact.
Matt has more than 15 years of experience launching and scaling donor-funded programs in more than 50 developing countries and the U.S. He leads a strategic growth initiative that leverages ICF’s deep technical expertise across multiple disciplines, including:
- Clean energy transition and net zero planning
- GHG mitigation and climate resilience planning
- Biodiversity and natural resources conservation
- Environmental & Social Safeguarding
- Performance Evaluation
This interdisciplinary approach to tackling the world’s most pressing development challenges has positioned ICF as a long-standing implementing partner for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), U.S. State Department, World Bank, Green Climate Fund (GCF), Climate Investment Funds (CIF), along with several other bilateral and multilateral development agencies.
